Are you looking for a great location in the heart of the Alps, only 1 hour and 20 minutes from Geneva Airport is the traditional Alpine Village of Le Biot where your accommodation and adventure awaits.

Le Biot is an ideal location for all mountain sports, in the winter you are just a 10 minute drive from Morzine where you are in the heart of the Portes du Soleil Ski domain with over 100 lifts and more than 200km of piste at your disposal.

In the summer, the house is situated alongside the River Dranse enabling you to kayak or raft down the river at various drop off points. The Portes Du Soleil in the summer changes its guise and hosts various grades of mountain biking from novice through to world champion

The area also offers walks for all levels, some start right outside the house, you can amble round the lakes or walk to the top of a mountain whatever you decide to do, this truly is an adventure playground for all.

For those of you who prefer to 'chill' or pamper yourselves a little more whilst on holiday, you can visit the Thermal Spas in Evian and Thonnon, you can shop in Geneva and Annecy, or why not just go to one of the many lakes in the region where you will find beaches and safe areas to swim.

Please note the house is still undertaking some renovation work although it is habitable with central heating, hot water and all the luxuries you would find at home plus more!!!!
